I get the call.
We are the first on the site of the wreck.
I cut out the main victim out of the car.
Me and my partner but them on a spinal board and keep there neck from moving.
There in shock.
15 liters of oxygen is being put on them now.
We load them onto the strecher and put them in the back of the gig.
Vitals are being taken.
There stable but still in a great deal of danger.
We make it to the hospital and the Er takes it over from there.
